На аснове параўнальнага аналізу элементаў правапарадку ЕАЭС і Еўрапейскага саюза абгрунтоўваецца практычная складанасць забеспячэння аўтаномнага і эфектыўнага функцыянавання правапарадку ЕАЭС. = The article is devoted to investigation of the legal order of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Based on the analysis of a number of features of the EAEU legal order and comparative analysis with the legal order of the European Union, the author demonstrates practical difficulty of ensuring the autonomous and effective functioning of the EAEU legal order. |
