| Abstract: | The reaction of dihydroxybenzenes oxidation catalysed by the human thyroid peroxidase was investigated. The products and catalytic parameters of the peroxidase oxidation of 1,2-, 1,3- и 1,4-dihydroxybenzenes were determined with the methods of UV-VIS-spectroscopy and enzyme kinetics. |
