dc.description.abstractInduction of the metal ions on the activity and synthesis of the DAHP-synthase, PEP-synthase and transaldolase in P. aurantiaca B-162 was investigated. DAHP-synthase and PEP-synthase are metal - enzymes and they require a metal ions (Co2+, Mn2+, Cu2+ and Fe2+) for activity and synthesis. Metal ions are ineffective in stimulating activity and synthesis of the transaldolase.ru
