| Abstract: | В статье дается оценка дуалистического подхода к издержкам и прибыли в стандартной микроэкономике. Рассмотрена современная трактовка дуализма издержек, возникшая на основе институционального анализа экономики. Выявлены отличия в установлении величины производственных и трансакционных издержек. Предложены критерии выделения и виды внешних и внутри фирменных трансакционных издержек. Рассмотрена проблема достижения фирмой состояния максимизации прибыли. Приведены основные причины, затрудняющие реализацию управленческих решений по ее достижению и предложены пути решения этой проблемы. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article evaluates the dualistic approach to costs and profits in standard microeconomics. The modern interpretation of the cost duality, which arose on the basis of the institutional analysis of the economy, is considered. Differences in the establishment of the magnitude of production and transaction costs have been revealed. The selection criteria and types of external and intra-firm transaction costs are proposed. The problem of the firm's achievement of the state of profit maximization is considered. The main reasons that complicate the implementation of management decisions to achieve it are presented, and ways of solving this theoretical and practical problem are proposed. |
