| dc.description.abstract | В статье представлена авторская методическая разработка с детальной технологической картой всех этапов цикла эвристических занятий с использованием технологии ментальных карт по тематическому разделу «Основные правовые документы в истории права и государства зарубежных стран», предусмотренному программой дисциплины «Иностранный язык (первый) (английский)» для специальности: 1 - 24 01 01 «Международное право». Сформулированы ключевая идея, цель и задачи цикла занятий. Подробно описаны все основные этапы занятий в соответствии с технологией эвристического обучения: целеполагание, постановка проблемы, открытое задание для изучения реального объекта действительности, знакомство с культурно-историческим аналогом, демонстрация и сравнение образовательных продуктов, открытое задание на обобщение темы занятий, рефлексия. Приведены критерии оценивания образовательных продуктов. Даны рекомендации по использованию данной методической разработки. | ru |

| dc.description.alternative | The article gives comprehensive methodological instructions on and outlines a detailed plan of a series of revision and consolidation classes (on the topic “The main documents in the history of law worldwide” of the academic subject “English for Specific Purposes”) based on a heuristic teaching and learning approach and a mind mapping technique. The author puts forward the key idea, the objective and the tasks of the series of heuristic classes. In accordance with the rules and typical structure of heuristic classes, the following stages are described: goal setting, problem statement, an open heuristic task to study a particular object of reality, acquaintance with the cultural and historical prototype (analogue) of the object being studied, demonstration and comparison of educational products, an open task to summarize the topic of the classes, and reflection. The criteria for assessment of educational products are established. Recommendations are given on how to use these methodological instructions to achieve the best teaching and learning outcomes. | ru |
