| Abstract: | В стремительно изменяющейся рыночной среде квалифицированные экономисты должны обладать практико-ориентированными знаниями и умениями, которые не могут быть сформированы в результате использования исключительно традиционных технологий обучения. В связи с этим возрастает роль современных технологий обучения как средства повышения конкурентоспособности будущих экономистов. В статье рассматривается метод деловых игр как эффективное средство формирования у студентов профессиональных качеств экономистов. Особое внимание уделяется организационно-педагогическим условиям, обеспечивающим высокую эффективность метода деловых игр в системе подготовки специалистов в области экономики. Выявлены признаки деловой игры, преимущества их использования в учебном процессе, основные этапы. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In a rapidly changing market environment, qualified economists should have practice-oriented knowledge and skills that cannot be formed as a result of using exclusively traditional learning technologies. In this regard, the role of modern learning technologies as a means of increasing the competitiveness of future economists is growing. The article considers the method of business games as an effective means of forming students' professional qualities in the sphere of economics. Particular attention is paid to organizational and educational conditions that ensure the high efficiency of the business games in the system of training specialists in the field of economics. The signs of a business game, the advantages of their use in the educational process, the main stages are revealed in the article. |
