Abstract: | The phosphorus content in Ni-P films depends on the pH of solution, the concentration of NaH2PO2, the cathodic current density, the temperature and changes from 0,8 to 19 wt. %. The crystallization process under the thermal treatment proceeds differently in crystalline and amorphous films. The X-ray amorphous films are more corrosion resistant in HCl and NaCl solutions as compared with the crystalline films |
