| Abstract (in another language): | The article highlights the history of forming of UNO approaches towards the development and reglamentation of its multilateral international cooperation in the sphere of information and communication in 1940s – 1970s. Three stages in the UN activities have been distinguished on the basis of content analysis of the adopted resolutions, mainly the General Assembly resolutions. The processes and events covered by the research are within the period before the conception of the new international information and communication order was put to the UN agenda |
