На основе анализа качества институтов в Глобальном инновационном индексе и Индексе глобальной конкурентоспособности выявлены различия в степени развития институциональной среды европейских и азиатских стран с малой экономикой

dc.description.alternative	The paper reviews the evolution of innovation theory, with a focus on the stages of its development and the use of the systems approach. Specifically, we apply the perspectives from the institutional theory of economic growth to examine the roles of inclusive and extractive institutions in countries’ innovation development. We identify the institutional differences among the small economies of Europe and Asia based on our analysis of the quality of institutions indicators from the Global Innovation Index and the Global Competitiveness Index
