| Abstract: | Проблема негативных воздействий различного характера на окружающую среду застроенных территорий от функционирования объектов капитального строительства и городского хозяйства в настоящее время является особенно актуальной. Для ее решения на первом этапе исследования было выполнено изучение существующих научных подходов к оценке состояния окружающей среды и выбор научной основы для последующих исследований. Совершенствование существующей научной базы с целью минимизации недостатков имеющихся подходов способно снизить риск для общества от возрастания антропогенных нагрузок на окружающую среду и приблизить достижение глобальной цели в области устойчивого развития городских территорий |
| Abstract (in another language): | The problem of negative environmental impacts of various types on the environment of built-up territories from the operation of capital construction and urban facilities is currently especially urgent. To solve this problem, at the first stage of the study, a study was made of existing scientific approaches to assessing the state of the environment and the choice of a scientific basis for subsequent studies. Improving the existing scientific base in order to minimize the shortcomings of the available approaches can reduce the risk for society from the increase in anthropogenic pressure on the environment and bring closer the achievement of the global goal in the field of sustainable development of urban areas |
