| Abstract: | В данной статье рассматривается эволюция корпоративного обучения, изучаются факторы, влияющие на возрастание роли корпоративных университетов в системе образования. Большое внимание уделяется вопросам трансформации образовательной среды под воздействием цифровых технологий, анализируются тенденции в сфере цифровизации образования Республики Беларусь и их влияние на формирующиеся бизнес-модели корпоративных университетов. По результатам исследования обосновывается эффективность партнерских моделей для предприятий Беларуси. Приведенные в статье бизнес-модели могут быть использованы руководителями подразделений корпоративного обучения для аргументированного выбора подхода к обучению и модели корпоративного университета. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article is discussed the evolution of corporate training, considered the factors that influence the growing role of corporate universities in the education system. Much attention is paid to the transformation of the educational environment under the influence of digital technologies, trends in the field of digitalization of education in the Republic of Belarus and their impact on the emerging business models of corporate universities are analyzed. As a result of the study, the effectiveness of affiliate models for enterprises in Belarus is argued. The business models presented in the article can be used by the chiefs of corporate training departments for a reasoned choice of an approach to training and a corporate university model. |
