| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрена оптимизация денежных потоков в строительстве. Изучены денежные потоки с задержкой предполагаемых выплат по проекту и авансовыми платежами. Установлена эффективность реализации строительных проектов в зависимости от временного периода. Показано, как выбрать наиболее эффективный вариант с точки зрения соотношения затрат, выручки и прибыли за счет оптимизации денежных потоков. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article discusses the optimization of cash flows in construction. Cash flows with delayed estimated project payments and down payments have been studied. The effectiveness of the implementation of construction projects has been established depending on the time period. It is shown how to choose the most effective option in terms of the ratio of costs, revenue and profit by optimizing cash flows. |
