| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу использования здоровьесберегающих технологий на занятиях по иностранному языку. В условиях современного образовательного процесса, когда студенты часто сталкиваются с высоким уровнем нагрузки и стресса, применение таких технологий становится особенно актуальным, поскольку позволяет не только сохранить здоровье студентов, но и положительно сказывается на процессе обучения, повышая мотивацию и вовлеченность студентов и развивая их когнитивные способности. В статье рассмотрены дидактические принципы обучения, способствующие здоровьесбережению, а также приведены конкретные примеры эффективных практик, которые могут быть внедрены на занятиях по иностранному языку. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the analysis of the use of health-saving technologies in foreign language classes. In the context of the modern educational process, when students often face a high level of workload and stress, the use of such technologies becomes especially relevant, since it allows not only to preserve the health of students, but also has a positive effect on the learning process, increasing the motivation and involvement of students and developing their cognitive abilities. The article considers didactic principles of teaching that promote health preservation and provides specific examples of effective practices that can be implemented in foreign language classes. |
