Abstract: With market mechanism development this problem in our country has sharply become aggravated, and its decision has demanded from all subjects of managing of active search of ways and methods of increase of competitiveness of the made and consumed goods. In this connection in the conditions of a transitional economy increase of competitiveness of the goods made by it for fastening of its positions in the market with a view of reception of the maximum profit becomes a mainstream of financial and economic and industrial-marketing strategy of activity of each manufacturer.
