| Abstract: | A new method for visualization of nucleotide sequences have been proposed. It facilitates visualization of a long DNA sequence via a compact and smooth picture of all oligonucleotides of length up to 10 in the sequence. The method is applied for subtle comparison of bacterial genomes. |
